• Centralized Showing Service (CSS)
• Combo lockbox
• Showings arranged directly with you or through CSS (if CSS is chosen)
• Showing feedback (when arranged using CSS)
• Right to cancel listing at any time without an additional fee

• Accept delivery of and present to the client all offers and counteroffers to buy, sell, or lease the client’s property**

With this service SellerList.net will come to your home and help with the listing preparation.  Preparation includes;

• Assistance with all paperwork involved in the listing process
• Help setting the sign in the yard
• Help setting lockbox on the door 

• Measure the room sizes

• Assist you in all aspects of the data input information sheets so they are complete and clear to all agents including highlighting your home’s best features

• Take at least 20 digital photographs of your property and upload the 10 best to MLS
